Story

Hello everyone!

As many of you already know, Rosemere is charity very close my heart. They do amazing work for cancer sufferers and try and make a person’s cancer journey as
easy as it can be.

They work wonders and have done for my mum. My mum had breast cancer in 2005, and then was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer in 2014. Unfortunately, late 2015 we were given the news that the cancer had returned and was not treatable. This has made me even more determined to raise as much money as I can this year, and push myself as my mum did when she was ill. She's my inspiration every day.

Mum died on July 5th 2016, and this challenge of running a 10K race and walking up a peak is dedicated to her. I know she’ll keep me going!

Kirstie is supporting along the way too, running a 10K each month.

Thank you for all your donations, they are more than appreciated.
