Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I've always admired those people who do extraordinary things for charity and often thought to myself "I should do something like that someday!" but until now I haven't come good on my promise.
So what can I do? With my arthritis I can't do anything sporting and a bake sale or sitting in a bath of beans feels a bit pedestrian. No, I must do something extreme. Something to reward people's hard earned donation money. If there is one thing I've always been known to obsess over it's my hair, whether it be that my fringe looks just right or my side parting is surviving a blustery dog walk I am always fussing over it. So in order to prove my dedication to the care of greyhounds and my gratutide for your donation I'm going to shave my head and you're invited to come and watch!
To make it extra special I will do it on 22nd September which will be my 32nd birthday. It's a Sunday so I thought we could combine the event with the pub and you can be entertained whilst you sup your delicious Sunday pint.
So you can understand where your money will go and what your donation will achieve:
£2 buys treats for a week
£5 muzzle
£10 collar and lead
£15 walking out coat
£25 vaccinations
£30 lovely extra warm coat
£50 dental check
£60 comfy bed of their own
£100 neutering
£150 kennelling for one month
Thank you so very much for reading and any money you can spare is deeply appreciated.
