Freya, my 5 year old daughter, and I are going to tackle the 6 mile version of the Great Scottish Walk on 22nd June for the Edinburgh Sick Kids Friends Foundation, KnotStressed's chosen charity for 2008-9.

KnotStressed currently donates 50p per hour to this charity for all massage treatments. By doing this walk, we are hoping to double the amount that KnotStressed's clinic donations will raise for this year by raising at least £300 through sponsorship!  It is a fantastic cause, and if you think 6 miles doesn't seem like much, imagine walking it with a taller-than-average five year old on your shoulders for most of the way!
