Throughout 2012 I have been raising money for Macmillan Cancer Care via http://www.justgiving.com/rob-arkell-ironman-uk/ by participating in multiple running, cycling & triathlon events.

A few months ago some of my work colleagues at Koozai laid down the gauntlet and set an office challenge to see who can post the quickest time at the Bupa Great South Run 2012 on October 28th.

This has resulted in the majority of the team signing up to the event and becoming very competitive! This is great to see as it's all in the name of raising some money for a great cause, Kid's Cancer Charity.
