<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<p>I wanted to put my cycling obssesion to use.... So, I am going to bike 874miles for the 'Spinal Injuries Association' I wanted to do something for a charity that means something to me, and thinking about my brother I decided on Sia, they are also a charity I don't feel gets enough publicity and recognition.</p>
<p>874 miles is the distance from Lands end to John O'Groats! I have 12 weeks in which to complete these miles. I have a computer on my bike which records the miles I have cycled each time, and will record this on the chart I have been sent by Sia.</p>

<li>Provide services to increase an individual's quality of life</li>
<li>Support the families of newly injured people</li>
<li>Increase knowledge and awareness of the causes and consequences of spinal cord injury</li>
<li>Campaign for the best medical and social care for spinal cord injured people.</li>
