The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

My girlfriends from book club inspired me to sign up for this 45 mile bike ride which is farther than I've ever cycled! Not only will the route be a celebration of iconic English landmarks starting at Buckingham Palace and ending at Windsor Castle, but the Palace to Palace ride will be a great way to celebrate turning 50 this year. I am planning to cycle an extra 5 miles to make it my personal half century challenge while also fundraising for a great cause: The Prince's Trust.  As a parent to four 11 to 20 year olds,  I'm delighted to be fundraising for a charity who works to help teens and young adults who are unemployed or struggling in school to transform their lives.  Their motto 'Youth Can Do It!' will be my mantra to get me through the last few miles on the 7th of October!  Your support would be amazing.
