On 9th March I will be one of just 200 runners taking on the 16 mile run from East Midlands airport to Nottingham Castle, all of us raising money for Bowel Cancer UK. 

Physically I will find this very tough. I have only started running again from January as I was unfortunate enough to suffer a break from impact stress fracture at the end of September. Being my longest run this will also be incredibly tough mentally. Please do sponsor me for this fantastic charity.
