Kristina's National Three Peaks Challenge · 27 June 2015

In low- and middle-income countries fewer than 1 in 10 children with cancer are diagnosed, treated or given pain relief. World Child Cancer improves cancer care for some of the world’s poorest children by creating international twinning partnerships between medics hospitals and parent support groups

Story

On the 27th June 2015 myself and 9 brave colleagues will be attempting the National Three Peaks challenge in support of World Child Cancer. Beazley, the company I work for, have been partnered with World Child Cancer since 2014.

World Child Cancer are a registered charity who support children in some of the poorest countries in the world. Survival rates can be as low as 5% compared to 80% in more developed countries, which makes the doctors and training provided all the more important.

For those of you not familiar with the Three Peaks, the challenge involves climbing the highest mountain in each of England, Scotland and Wales in just 24 hours (including travel time!)

Any money you are able to donate to this great cause can make a genuine difference to the lives of these children.

Thank you for your support.
