The cause seems all the more real now that we have a date for Matt's op - 26 April. Please dig deep and donate so that we can raise as much money as possible for Brain Tumour UK to fund research so that we can beat Brain Tumours. It's not pleasant watching someone who has one suffer, I can only imagine what it's like to actually have one.

OK, now running 1/2 marathons on 7 May with a team from work and 8 May with Team Chadwick (Luke Chadwick, Tom and Gemma Foley.)

Just back from a trip home to NZ where I was running on the beach nearly every day. Bit of a shock to come back to pounding the pavements in cold, grey UK.
