We decided to run this very tough obstacle race to raise money for Basingstoke and District Cats Protection Branch.
All of us are cat lovers and we have 6 cats (and 2 dogs) between us , including a stray cat who has been living in our garage for the last 3 years.

We think Cats Protection is doing such an amazing job by re-homing and looking after all those homeless kitties. 
Glenn's father needed help recently and Cats Protection did a wonderful job by rehoming the two little munchkins, Magic and Charlie.

We have been doing obstacle races for the past two-three years but never such a difficult and long distance one.
Its a 12-13 mile course with 21 very hard obstacles.
Edina is not a very good swimmer , she is even quite worried about drowning (don't worry we won't let her!).
