The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

On September 18th 2015, I registered to take part in the 105.6 Mile (169.5 Km) Wheels for Change cycling event from Daventry to London. Funds raised through Wheels for Change will support the Prince’s Trust. The Prince’s Trust help disadvantaged young people in the UK to change their lives and get into work, education or training. This year, The Trust aims to support 58,000 vulnerable young people, helping to give them the skills and confidence to find a job. I am not a regular cyclist but started training specifically for this challenging event. This also coincides with my fathers 8th death anniversary and I am doing it in his memory.
