Together with three colleagues and supported generously by our employer,  the French bank Natixis, we are cycling from London to Paris at the end  of May. The route we will ride is 450 km spread over three days averaging 150 km a day.

Please  support me on this ride. Donations go to World Vision, a leading international children's charity working in some of the world's poorest communities and also heavily involved in disaster relief responding to humanitarian crises across the world. It is one of the 13 UK aid agencies making up the Disasters Emergencies Committee. I believe money is spent wisely at this charity where overheads are kept to a minimum.
