Jumping off a building...

I must be feeling in need of a little more adventure in my life, because I’ve decided to throw myself off a building... all for a good cause of course!
On Tuesday 7 June, I will be descending KPMG’s Salisbury Square building - 40 metres down to the ground!!
Just in case you feel that abseiling down a building is a bit more 'fun' than it is a 'challenge'... I am also taking part in a 10km race as part of the Regent's Park Summer Series.
Yes, believe it or not, over the past weeks I have been slowly but surely stacking up the miles - come rain, hail or shine.
I will officially be lacing up my trainers on Sunday 3 July in the lovely Regent's Park at 9.30am and hoping to finish around the 1 hour mark. If no one’s heard from me by the Monday, you may want to check if I'm still out there... ;)
Thanks very much to all – you know I really do hate asking, but I have to raise at least £150, and Banardo's really is a good cause. They work with children and their families and provide counselling for those who have been abused.
P.S. Any of my beloved family and friends from Down Under... if you do wish to make a donation, no matter how small, please feel free to pay in dollars to my Aus account and I will upload the equivalent in GBP to this site. Thanks again!
