I will be completing The Nuts challenge in Dorking on Sunday 2nd November 2014, this is to help raise funds for Clic Sargent who help children and families with Cancer.

Every day 10 children and young people hear the shocking news they have cancer. CLIC Sargent provides clinical, practical and emotional support to help them cope with cancer and get the most out of life.

I would very much appreciate if you could make a small donation towards this challenge that I have taken on and will find a personal achievement if I survive.

30 of my colleagues at TC Facilities Management have also taken on this challenge so it will be a great day for TC, the course is 7k and is a mini assault course with a few obstacles along the way but lots of mud/water and fun of course.
