Everyone who knows me well will know that the British Heart Foundation is a charity that is very close to my heart.

I lost my mother suddenly in my teenage years in regards to this disease  & I have never done anything or achieved anything  as a challenge to help towards this charity before.....

So with the help of Team BMI Hendon (Bearing in mind I haven't done any pedalling since my BMX days back in 1988) I am going to cycle the 54 miles from London to Brighton to celebrate their 40th year anniversary in this event. 

I'm not going to lie , I'm very nervous about this upcoming adventure and hoping to finish it alive lol  but most importantly I'm excited to be part of this amazing experience,  so any donations from you all, big or small, will be very much appreciated :-)
