Not being fit or a runner I have been inspired to attempt to run a half marathon in spring 2010, I know you think I'm mad and I would agree with you. So now that I am 5 weeks into my training and have now run my first training 5K I am still enjoying getting up at just after 5 in the morning, And am now really looking forward to the 5K race in a santa suit in 1 weeks time on the 13th December.
I am doing the run for and at The Mary Stevens Hospice in Stourbridge, and have raised a good portion of my target sponsorship but would love to beat it and provide much needed support for the hospice, so your help would be most appreciated.
