I'm running the Great Scottish Run 10K on 6th September to raise money for the MS Therapy Centre based in Edinburgh.

The MS Therapy Centre offers physiotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy for MS sufferers. The centre is run mostly by unpaid volunteers and public donations.

MS is more prevalent in Scotland than in anywhere else in the world. As several members of my family and a close friend suffer from MS this cause is very important to me.
