I'm making the switch from running to cycling for this.

I've joined Chris Farmer, Scott Northway, and Sam Gable in raising money for Prostate Cancer UK. We're cycling from London to Amsterdam in June 2016 over two days (142 miles!), representing Reading FC. We have an overall fundraising target of £4,000, with each of us raising £1,000.

I should also highlight that i'm by no means a keen cyclist; haven't ridden a bike in at least three years and I'm currently in the market for a bike. So if anyone could offer advice as well as donations that'd be awesome!
