For my annual challenge this year I am setting myself a pretty difficult task.

I am running the Burton on Trent 10km on August 7th, the Wolverhampton Half Marathon on September 4th and then the Leicester Marathon on October 9th!!

Once again in memory of my old mate, Dash I will be running for a local charity which does an amazing job, Leicester Animal Aid. I know we are in a recession but animals (in particular Dogs and Guinea Pigs) are the best things on the planet so please dig deep to look after the one's which have been mistreated!
