Story
Thank you SO MUCH for choosing M.E Research as the charity to donate to! Let me tell you a little about why I've chosen this charity as one of the charities I'm running for in July.

A few years ago, one of my really good friends was getting really tired and exhausted. She had no idea what was wrong, until she was eventually diagnosed with M.E. Ever since then, she has been the most amazing person, always concerned that this condition has meant that she hasn't been able to do the things that she used to do. I've always told her that it doesn't matter, and I still have as much fun with her as I ever did. I think she copes with it really well, and its because of her strength and determination to continue to live a normal life that I decided to run for M.E Research.
This is how they define M.E:

Myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME) is characterised by a range of neurological symptoms and signs, muscle pain with intense physical or mental exhaustion, relapses, and specific cognitive disabilities.
Anything that you can donate to this charity would be much appreciated, and will encourage me massively to complete this run. I don't do running at ALL, so I've set myself this target so I have something to work towards!
Also, please PLEASE remember to select YES on the Gift Aid option when you donate, if you're a UK tax payer. This means that the tax is reclaimed on EVERY SINGLE donation and means that the charity doesn't have to pay it!!!
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
