Our Make a Difference Campaign is committed to raising funds to finance a full time clinical psychologist for haematology patients. This service would help patients and their loved ones when they find it hard to cope – they may feel sad or scared of going along to appointments or undergoing treatment. Having professional help to enable them to deal better with their feelings, emotions and distressing thoughts is a vital part of their treatment.
