I have crossed the English Channel many times before .  I have flown over it, travelled under it and sailed on it, but never did I think I would swim across it.  However in August 2017 I will be joining a team of colleagues attempting to swim the 21 miles that separates England from France and raise funds for BEN.

Each year a member of the automotive community in the UK is challenged to raise as much money as possible for BEN.  This year my boss, Jeremy Hicks, was nominated and he designed a challenge that involved many of his team and the retail network - swimming the English Channel as a relay team.  BEN does amazing work supporting the automotive industry so when I was asked to participate in the challenge I couldn't refuse!  I am proud to be part of this team helping to raise funds, supporting the automotive community that I have been a member of for many years.
