To mark the year anniversary of the passing of our dear friend Lee, Andy and I will be joining friends on The Rocky Road walk organised by Lee’s wife and our dearest Ana. Lee Lost his battle with depression and took his life last June.

The plan is to start on Friday 8th June in the dark in Slebech and finish at breakfast in Saunderfoot on Saturday 9th June. From the darkness of
depression into the light brought by the support and love of friends.

Suicide is still a taboo, even though it's the biggest cause of death in men under 45. We are supporting Ana in raising awareness and helping her lovely boys understand that they don’t need to ever feel ashamed of their dad.
