Mental Health UK is here for anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We are made up of four organisations based in each of the four nations of the UK, working together to improve mental health.

Story

We will be taking part in the London event in the Lean On Me Challenge. This is a 23 mile walk and takes place on Wednesday September 20.
