I must be mad. Having cycled London to Paris twice you'd think I would have learnt by now that it hurts cycling really long distances.

This year I am cycling from London to Brussels - even further than London to Paris and I'm definitely less fit than last year.

I wouldnt be signing up for such an endurance session of pain unless I firmly believed in the charity.  These guys do some fantastic work taking unwanted computers and setting them up in schools, hospitals etc in Africa.  Knowledge is the vehicle for Africa to help itself and their work delivers knowledge.
