On the 20th September I'm going to be putting myself through complete agony competing in The IOW Triathlon whilst raising money for The Earl Mountbatten Hospice.

The event consists of a

Pool Swim 600m -

Bike 35km -

Run 7.5km

Last year I completed in 2 hours 21 mins, this year I have the additional challenge of going for a PB.

Each year the Hospice have to raise over £2m to provice the support they do so please help me by digging deep and donating now.
