Light Up A Life 2009

Please support the work of Trinity Hospice by making a donation and thereby adding a light to Trinity’s celebratory Light up a Life tree in honour of someone you love.

Donations can be accompanied by a message which will be included in Trinity’s Dedication Book and available to view in reception from March 2010. In order for the name of your loved one and message to appear in the Dedication Book please write their name and message (up to 10 words) in the comments box when you make your donation.
