Welcome to the 2014 Ladies Circle Pedal for Pounds Page

We’re cycling 220 miles, Coast 2 Coast, from Southport to Skegness, between 18 and 21 April 2014 to raise money for Whizz Kidz.  

Our team is led by Ruth Curry, Ladies Circle National President.  Her motto is ‘Everything is Possible’.  And we’re going to show that it is.   Our cycling ability is mixed – from absolute beginners to hard core cyclists, but everyone is committed to pedalling for those pounds!

So why go the distance?  There are an estimated 70,000 disabled children and young people in the UK waiting for a wheelchair that will transform their young lives.  Whizz kidz’s mission is to provide the vital equipment, support and life skills they need, when they need them, giving them the chance to develop their full potential. But they need YOUR help.
