Join us on Sunday 21st February for a Ladies Fitness Extravaganza at Eden Girls School in Coventry. The day will be filled with bootcamp, zumba, yoga, tabata, dodgeball, games and much more! Guest will enjoy refreshments, food, free T-shirts and goodie bags!

Of course it’s all for a good cause! All donations will
provide emergency aid to refugees arriving in Greece. These are people and families that have fled from horrible conditions and desperately need our help.
