Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have crazily taken up the challenge to complete the Great North Run (13.1 miles) on the 20th September and train within 3 weeks. The crazy part is, the furthest I had ever run in my life was about 5 miles a week ago. With 2 weeks ago, I have now managed to run 9 miles and intend to complete this half marathon even if I am crawling.

I am not big on fundraising as I do not like asking for money or collecting it etc. but I did not want to pass up the opportunity to help out this charity (Mercy Ministries) through my crazy challenge. So I'll leave this quite open - this page is set up so you can easily donate if you want to - failing that you can just look up pictures of me exhausted from the event afterwards.
