<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">On 7th May 2011 we will be taking part in the 'Carten 100' bike ride from Cardiff to Tenby in aid of the Velindre Cancer Centre. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">Velindre is the largest non-surgical cancer hospital in Wales and provides radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other specialised treatments for over half of Wales' cancer patients.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">The four of us are committed to supporting this very worthy cause and any donation that you make shall directly benefit the charity. It will also motivate us to keep riding when the going gets tough – probably from Bridgend onwards! </span></p>
