My story

The Lakeland 50 is a mammoth challenge, a fantastic challenge, and (weather permitting) a stunningly beautiful challenge - 50 miles across the Lakeland Fells from Ullswater to Coniston.

We have 24 hours to do it but are aiming to get back before closing time, the four of us together, as one.

We're going to be training hard to build up the distance over the next few months and hopefully will have a day to remember on 28th July.

We're raising money for "Fix The Fells" through the Nurture Lakeland charity.  This organisation works hard to maintain the Lake District fells to make sure they are in great shape for us all to visit and explore.
