<div id="story" class="frp-message-body"> <p>In a couple of weeks on 25th June&nbsp;in a moment of madness, I will be donning a wetsuit and jumping into the icy Serpentine in Hyde Park to swim a mile to raise funds for Many Ogilvy Hands.</p> <p>This November, I will be heading out to Southern Uganda for a week to help build a school in the town of Buikwe.&nbsp; This project was started by my work (Ogilvy) and&nbsp;is part of&nbsp;a major five-year project, but it&rsquo;s just the beginning. We hope to do much, much more.&nbsp;</p> <p>We chose to build a secondary school because there simply aren&rsquo;t enough schools in Uganda, and the children who do manage to get an education usually have to leave at 14 and start labouring to support their families.</p> <p>It&rsquo;s a sustainable project partnered with an established charity International Needs,&nbsp;who have a strong, nurturing presence in Uganda. All sponsorship raised on this site will go directly to&nbsp;the charity&nbsp;to buy materials, labour and generally keep this project on track (it's not to fund my trip!).</p> <p>Thank you so much for making the time to sponsor me.&nbsp; I will be sure&nbsp;to let you know how I get on, both in the Serpentine and&nbsp;in Uganda.</p> <p>Lally</p> </div>
