<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p><strong>24 Hour Broadcasting Marathon on Brooklands Radio for the Sam Beare Hospice.</strong></p> <p>On Good Friday (April 22nd 2011) I'll be broadcasting for 24 hours non-stop, only on "brooklandsradio.co.uk". Why would I want to do such a thing you may ask.... Well I really don't think that I'll ever be able to run a marathon, or walk the length of the UK, but I certainly can, and will, be able to play some great music and talk nonsense for 24 hours! I've had plenty of practice.... So with plenty of help from my friends I'll be doing just that on "The Long Good Friday". And why? To raise funds for Brooklands Radio's chosen charity The Sam Beare Hospice, which is just across the street from our studio. For all&nbsp;the incredible and caring work they do there they deserve every penny we can raise. So if you can spare a fiver, or maybe &pound;20, that would be great, and let me have your top 5 all-time tunes too and I'll play them at some point during my 24 hours at the controls.
