Thankyou very much for taking the time out to visit this page; the reason why I've put this page together is to give you the opportunity to sponsor me in raising funds for Leuka (see charity details below to the left).

In order to raise funds for Leuka, I'm intending to drive a team of 6 huskies 250km across Norway and Sweden (within the Arctic Circle) in 6 days. Temperatures will average -20Celcius; I'll be sleeping in a tent and looking after my furry friends with their feeding, cleaning up, harnessing and of course driving using the following schedule:

Day 1 –Transfer to the high mountains for the beginning of the expedition - Distance sledded – 30km.

Day 2 – Into the hills and then drive the sled across and down into the Isdalen (Ice Valley) – Distance sledded - 60km.

Day 3 –Cross the border from Norway and mush ourselves into Sweden - Distance sledded - 50km.

Day 4 –Descend from the mountains into the tree line and continue through the forests - Distance sledded 50km.

Day 5 –Cross the frozen lakes of Sweden - Distance sledded 40km.

Day 6 –Continue across the frozen lakes to the Ice Hotel in Jukkasjarvi - Distance sledded 20km.
