Challenges for Champions is a program set up by LUUWHC to push its members through a serious of gruelling challenges, and raise a ton of money for charity. So i'v thrown myself in the deep end (literally) and signed up for the whole lot!

With a few other dedicated members from LUUWHC we are:

1) Swimming the channel (in a pool thankfully) as a team - so collectively we will swim the distance. 28th Feb

2) Hiking the 3 highest peaks in Yorkshire. 18th April

3) Running the Leeds half marathon. 10th May

The charity we are supporting is very close in our hearts as a hockey club, due to losing a hockey girl to a sudden unexpected death in epilepsy a couple of years ago. SUDEP works towards helping and caring for bereaved families and to also raise awareness and money into further research.

I don't think i'v quite realised how hard this is going to be yet so please any donation would much be appreciated to help us reach our target
