Lupus is an illness which is close to my heart as my best friend has Lupus and suffers with it daily. Some days it's a real struggle to get out of bed. Lupus is a horrible illness and the people who have it have many many symptoms, pain, problems which they have to learn to cope with. A good day for them is probably the same as a bad day for us. Just because they may look fine on the outside, doesnt mean that they are ok. My best friend is the bravest person I know and still puts a smile on every morning.
