We wanted to do something to help Act4Africa. They work with children and AIDS orphans in East Africa, helping to give them a good education and employing people who have been orphaned by HIV. They are only a small charity but they're making a big difference. In the ten years that they've been going they've delivered health education programmes to over a million young people. They have a big dream, to be able to help 5 million more over the next five years. We want to do what we can to help them to make that dream come true so we're going on a big bike ride in North Wales, over, "the hills of hell and through the valleys of doom". 14 miles might not sound like a lot but our dads' say we'll be lucky to finish it in one piece - it's going to be tough!
