They therefore don't have time to go to school/ tend crops. They can't get an education, or learn about HIV and AIDs... and so the cycle continues.</span></span></strong></p>

<p>The roundabout pumps are called PlayPumps® – fresh clean water is pumped from deep underground into storage tanks, simply by the children playing on the roundabout.</p>
<p>It is an incredibly sustainable solution as the ground is tested beforehand to ensure that the water is safe to drink and that there is sufficient water so the pump won't dry up – something that often happens all over Africa.</p>
