Berlin Marathon. 26.2 Miles! Running! I must be crazy!

We will be completing the marathon in September 2013. So have some time to get some training in but I think I will need all the help I can get!

We will be running this event for a local hospice that is close to our hearts:

 

St Giles Hospice offers specialist care in a variety of settings for patients with cancer and other serious illnesses, as well as providing support for their families and helpers. The care is provided free of charge, irrespective of personal circumstances.

Care is offered at the hospice’s facilities in Sutton Coldfield, Walsall and Whittington, between Lichfield and Tamworth, and in patients’ own homes across the region. (http://www.stgileshospice.com/)

 

I will be completing this event with Daniel, my better half, and his Dad. A massive challenge for us all!
