I will be taking part in a triathlon where we will undergo 8 mini triathlons at each of our everyone active sites. Each triathlon will consist of 1mile run 5k cycle and 200m swim we will travel from basildon to portsmouth in one day .

 All money raised will go staright to stanmore orthopaedic hospital where one of my friends Sammy is currently under going treatment. The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH) provides a comprehensive range of neuro-musculoskeletal health care, ranging from the most acute spinal injury or complex bone tumour to orthopaedic medicine and specialist rehabilitation for chronic back pain sufferers.
As a national centre of excellence, the RNOH treats patients from across the country, many of whom have been referred by other hospital consultants for second opinions or for treatment of complex or rare conditions. The money raised will go towards the hospital’s therapy gym, to help others like Sammy get back on their feet and improve their quality of life through exercise'
