During the August bank holiday weekend we will be completing the ridiculous challenge of doing 12 hours of zumba with Emma and a bunch of other crazy zumba addicts. As if that wasn't enough we are doing it from midnight through until midday the following day and anyone that knows us well knows that I am in particular a bit of a granny and struggle to stay awake that late into the evening, let alone through until the following afternoon!!

We have been training for this over the past couple of months and are determined to give it our all and would appreciate it if you could dig deep and support us and this amazing local charity.
