I have bored you all to tears talking endlessly about my job, and most of you have probably witnessed first hand the amount of stress this damn place gives me! But now its time for me to ask you to please give a few of your hard earned english pounds to a really awesome cause by sponsoring me to run 10k.

Thats SIX miles people! I may stumble to the finish line within the last thirty seconds of the race, but I WILL make it.

Just so you know what you are giving your money to, Hestia are a London Wide Charity set up in 1970. They provide services to women and children fleeing domestic abuse in the form of outreach and safe accommodation and are committed to empowering survivors to rebuild their lives.

I am ridiculously passionate about stopping violence against women and children (or anyone in that matter) and your money will go towards buying a playhut in the garden of our refuge. This will enable the children the space to have drama/play therapy and help to regain their confidence and thrive in a new and safe environment.
