In July I will volunteer for 3 months on a development programme in Occupied Palestine. This is part of International Citizen Service (ICS) which brings young people together to fight poverty and make a difference where it is needed most. I’ll be working alongside volunteers, on a project that aims to help the most marginalised in society.

ICS works with projects that have specifically requested their help, making projects more sustainable and with long-term goals. It also aims to inspire young people in the UK and overseas to become active global citizens who are passionate about long term community development.

I need to raise £800 by the 3rd of June, for International Service who are one of the respected development agencies that deliver ICS. This will allow them to continue to bring about positive change in the developing communities where they work. 

The money raised will go towards supporting the work of International Service and will enable International Service to continue sending youth volunteers to the developing world to make a lasting difference in disadvantaged and impoverished communities
