NEWS: I will be undertaking in an indoors triathlon on the 1st April 2010 consisting of the following;

25km Bike Ride, 5km Run, 2km Swim

For every £1 sponsored I will enter your name into a prize draw (e.g. £2 = 2 entries), so please sponsor generously!!!  Prizes will be confirmed shortly.

I will be raising money for Raleigh International as a participant on one of their expeditions to Namibia.  To this end I need to raise £1200 for them, and I will be very grateful to anyone who makes a donation of any size - please be assured that this is a fantastic charity who help communities around the globe.

I am also open to suggestions for what anyone would be willing to sponsor me to do!
