Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am training hard to take part in the East Belfast Mission Trek up Mount Killimanjaro in June 2010. Fundraising efforts to date have included bag packing in local stores, sponsored walk and generally pestering everyone I know to give me their hard earned cash!!!!

I hope to raise £1,000.00 through this page alone so I appreciate any donation, however small as it will all go towards the work of the Mission. One of the areas I am particularly interested is the services provided by the Youth and Community Team. This includes: Youth Work, Children's programmes, a woman's group, counselling service, Mums and toddlers group and cross community work on the Lower Newtownards Road which all aims to benefit local residents and support them through a wide variety of programmes.

The thing I am looking forward to most about the event is the sense of achievement that I hope that I will feel when I prove you all wrong and find myself at the top of the summit!! (fingers crossed!)
