The Prince's Trust Palace to Palace 2016 · 2 October 2016 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

I have a confession: I have caught the cycling bug, lycra, padded shorts, the lot, including pretending I am Lizzie Armritstead on my little cycling commute to Woking...

So I am dragging* my new husband from central London to Windsor in aid of the Princes Trust, to combine my love of cycling and a very good cause.
(*probably the other way round)

If you need a reason to donate to the Princes Trust, this video says it better than I ever could:
