On Sunday the 6th December 2009 we will be taking part in the 5K Santa Run in Greenwich Park, London to help raise money for the South East Cancer Help Centre.

The Help Centre supported not only Laura's Gran after she was diagnosed with Cancer but also many of our familys and friends plus a great many people in our area.  This Charity supports people affected by cancer and gives them an opportunity to explore ways which may help them to cope with their situation in a friendly, caring and confidential environment.

So please dig deep if you can and donate now, it really does not matter how small the contribution, a little bit goes a long way!
