Please, please, please sponsor me.  I'm taking part in the firewalk I have organised for Middlesbrough Mind and I would love it if you could sponsor me.  If I can get 50 people to sponsor me just £3 each then I will have met my £150 target.  If any of you are feeling slightly more generous that would be fantastic.

The charity is a really worth while cause, and I know you'd all pay to see me do this so I promise to film it and send it to you, but it comes at a price, sponsorship!
