Each year Emerald Publishing has a nominated charity and this year it is Heart Research UK. Heart Research UK work to fund pioneering medical research for the prevention, treatment and cure of heart disease.

Sudden Cardiac Death (SDC) is responsible for over 3 million deaths per year, worldwide and is the focus of a specific piece of research that we will support this year.
